Seniors, are you in the poverty trap?
The stats are alarming and as many as 1-in-5 could and 3-in-5 may be circling the drain.
It’s no secret, that there is a cost of living crisis and it’s affecting more and more seniors.
Fixed incomes versus the constant cost of living rises where nothing can change except the prices.
This is not conductive to a stress-free environment.
Are you living your best life?
It would appear that a significant number might not be. The question is, is there anything in your environment that will change this?
If you are heading to, or are already, in your senior years, the answer may well be ‘no’. If your answer is no, you either have to change your environment or continue living the you’re currently living.
At the rate costs continue to rise, you won’t be able to live the life you’re living for much longer.
What are your options in this case? Keep circling the drain or change your environment.
The goal should be to have money left at the end of the month while out living life and not just subsisting.
Your new environment should have:
– a significantly lower cost of living
– moderate climate
– modern medical facilities
– modern communication networks
– good transport facilities
– entertainment opportunities
– etc.
It should also have a welcoming and supportive community of like-minded people.
